D: *covers eyes and doesn't look back*

Rita is a woman of strong convictions. Hopefully I can shed some light on it this week! The Lunar Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00300943457749354465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-72133166947838301422011-06-19T17:36:16.601-07:002011-06-19T17:36:16.601-07:00Ah! I somehow didn't realise he was so young when he did it (maybe because you didn't say?)

Like Gayl, I'm also thinking about Rita's attachment to Jimmy. She feels so much responsibility towards him and even talks about having failed him in the past. I do wonder where that's all coming from. She's definitely an interesting woman I can't wait to hear more about.Carlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09140819019098738245noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-21999486003062601582011-06-19T08:12:38.028-07:002011-06-19T08:12:38.028-07:00Speechless, thanks. And don't even get me started on all the journals.

Gayl, aw why're you wishing you hadn't posted the last comment?

Rita is a special woman in my head. She stands out for this reason. Hopefully, she'll give more clarity on it (though I don't see her actions as being rational at all).

S.B., she's definitely not being rational here. She's very young, but hopefully there will be some clues in the next couple of updates.

Thanks for reading and commenting. :)The Lunar Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00300943457749354465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-84628736828864320922011-06-19T04:36:45.871-07:002011-06-19T04:36:45.871-07:00Really well done. I can't imagine thinking that much and that deeply and with that much guilt and responsibility about another woman's child.

Fascinating stuff!S.B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15236399168777815648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-47862125558309402202011-06-18T17:37:54.318-07:002011-06-18T17:37:54.318-07:00Okay now I wish I hadn't posted my last commen...Okay now I wish I hadn't posted my last comment...

There really is something I don't get about Rita's attachment to Jimmy. It is maternal, almost more than maternal. The way she keeps reminding herself that she failed him as if she abandoned him is striking. I am looking forward to her and Henri in the same room.thewyndhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09476656359810192923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-29844624152542014282011-06-18T13:19:50.681-07:002011-06-18T13:19:50.681-07:00You are so good at giving us little snippets which...You are so good at giving us little snippets which are followed by trillion questions...at least in my head.Speechlesshttp://Phoenix-on-sea.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3322342997539658469.post-6463735380098525212011-06-18T13:15:40.426-07:002011-06-18T13:15:40.426-07:00Thank you, poida!
